Hows this for a home?
This will do me. Now just need to win the lottery to pay for it.

The flat-pack home that costs just £10,500 and can be built in four hours

The QB2 three-storey property, which is 3m (10ft) tall and wide, does not need planning permission because of its low height.

Dr Page, of the University of Hertfordshire, said versions of the QB2 will go on sale for £10,500 to £45,000.

I am a truthtard so don't post some B/S here without 100% proof and expect me to be nice to you.

eh! Cheap looking interior.

Somebody needs to tell the guy to lose his tweed jacket. The cube is square enough.

Pray for me. hug.gif

RE: Hows this for a home?
It's very expensive and claustrophobic for what you are getting. As well, it caters to only the able bodied because seniors that are unable to climb or in wheelchairs could not access the higher level, but having a ramp vs. stairs option may work, as well as relocating the bed to the lower level couch and redesign the table to perhaps manually be lifted to the ceiling.

Considering the small interior space, I would like to see a manually operated awning attached to the exterior with the option of an attachable deck, just to expand the living space.

Is the construction tornado/hurricane/flood proof? I don't see that it is attached at the base (concrete), or is it?

Agreed, it is a bit too cramped for my tastes - and we practically live in a cardboard box.
