U.S. Supreme Court Gives Total Liability Shield to Big Pharma
A U.S. Supreme Court decision has just given drug companies total liability protection for injuries and deaths caused by government mandated vaccines. The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) called the decision a "betrayal" of the American consumer.

In a 6-2 decision, the Court majority voted to reject substantial evidence that current law was fully intended to protect an American's right to sue a pharmaceutical corporation for injuries that could have been prevented if the company had elected to make a safer vaccine.

The court decision leaves parents with no way to hold vaccine makers accountable and no feasible way to get compensation for the injuries suffered by their children; furthermore, the decision removes all financial incentive for multi-national drug companies to make vaccines as safe as they can be.

If big pharma can not be held accountable, than it's up to us to refuse any form of vaccine be it optional or mandated.
I actually wanted to get swine flu so I would have immunity, but it didnt happen. Just as well, after watching the last narcolepsy ballet the WHO put on, I'll take death if given the choice.
There are worse fates.

We did this for the benefit of all tax paying real Americans. Look at it this way. You can try to sue big pharma if you want. Go ahead. What's gonna happen? They are going to unleash a battalion of lawyers on your ass that will keep you, and your money, tied up in the court system so long that even you will forget why you are there. And in the end, you are gonna lose any way. That will be very expensive to you and the American taxpayers. We know this it gonna happen. You know this is gonna happen. So, why waste all that time and money on a losing effort that will probably not accomplish anything more than destroy your family and cause you to become a suicidal, drug abusing alcoholic? You see? This is for your own best interest. Remember, Big Pharma loves you. And don't forget to take your Xanax today! hug.gif

37.gif It would even be funnier if it wasn't true Kreeper. The balance of power is already in their favor because they payed the congress to make laws favorable to them. Short of a revolution we can all expect big pharma to ğck us every chance they get.
Good news is, it only works if you are stupid enough to line up for the death they are handing out disguised as vaccinations and medicine.
Still, lots of well meaning sheepishly stupid people that do just what they are told though. It's brutal to be among the percentage of people that are actually aware of how we are being set up.

Yup. It's a shame that people believe the lies. Every chance I get I tell people about meds and why I don't like to take them or even visit the doctor. Here's what happens: You get some kind of sickness, you visit the doctor, he/she has an idea of what it is but has to what? Say it with me! Run some tests... So, thousands of dollars later, you get prescribed some meds that will probably cost you around $100 per bottle. Unless, of course, you have insurance. Then you've still paid the money except it was called a monthly premium. So, you go home feeling like the end of your sickness is in site. You start taking the pills and possibly suffer constipation; decreased sexual desire or ability; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth; headache; increased sweating; lightheadedness when you stand or sit up; loss of appetite; nausea; stomach upset; tiredness; trouble sleeping severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bizarre behavior; black or bloody stools; chest pain; confusion; decreased concentration; decreased coordination; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; hallucinations; memory loss; menstrual period changes; new or worsening agitation, panic attacks, aggressiveness, impulsiveness, irritability, hostility, exaggerated feeling of well-being, restlessness, or inability to sit still; persistent or severe ringing in the ears;persistent, painful erectïon; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin; seizures; severe or persistent anxiety or trouble sleeping; severe or persistent headache; stomach pain; suicidal thoughts or attempts; tremor; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual or severe mental or mood changes; unusual weakness; vision changes; worsening of depression or, in some rare cases, death. Consult your physician if you suffer any of the mild side effects so he can prescribe you more of our life changing medicines.

In the end, what happened? Your body overcame the sickness and you not only wasted your money, you caused other issues.

REMEMBER: Big pharma is not in the curing business. There is no repeat business in cures. They DO NOT cure what ails you. They are in the treating business. THEY ONLY TREAT THE SYMPTOMS.
