I devoted the last few years becoming a piano player, and aside from being a drummer, every instrument has a song it wants me to coax out of it.

I played acoustic guitar by accident as a kid but I'm going to learn the drums here shortly.

Years ago I painted my toenails, actually, I think my kid did it for me. Every time I took a step I got distracted by the flash of color. Didn't watch where I was going. It was awful rofl.gif

That's fine if your nails aren't brittle, which mine are in the Winter time. So if I was to take up strumming again, I would have to put a protective coating on them.

My problem is with the fingering fingers because pressing down on the strings hurts a lot and if I could use nails (somehow) I would opt for that.
