1 – It is possible to know the intention and the mission of the drone by using the Russianmade “sky grabber” device to infiltrate the drone’s waves and the frequencies. The device
is available in the market for $2,595 and the one who operates it should be a computerknow-how.
...

22 – As for the leaders or those sought after, they should not use communications
equipment because the enemy usually keeps a voice tag through which they can identify
the speaking person and then locate him.

The whole bit about a tea party of dolls and statues in a ditch was cute.

Easiest way is to oust the authoritarian police state is to simply vote Libertarian or 3rd party next election.

Until that happens, nothing will change and the morally depraved scum that do their bidding for a paycheck will also linger like a nasty fart.

The Republicans and Democrats have proven themselves to be inept and identical in loyalty to corporate interests.

Add to those shortcomings, they are belligerent in terms of protecting civil liberties, upholding the constitution they swore to protect and sold their own children's future down the river for immediate wallet gratification.

You are fighting a losing battle here.

From the language the list was written by someone who speaks arabic and translated by someone who speaks british. That is why it doesn't completely make sense in english. So - this was about Afghanistan.

You are concerned about the US. Most of these techniques are a lost cause here.
1. There are too many sheeple who don't really oppose security.
2. I don't think the FCC would let you buy a Russianmade “sky grabber” device in this country and if you did it would cost $10,000.
3. You can't get dynamos in this country and would have to use an electric generator.
4. They don't let you shoot at the sky in many areas of the US.

And regarding the tinfoil (Yankees, take notes):

Quote:Conspiracy theorists, beware: That aluminum foil beanie-headwear believed, since at least the 1950s, to stop brain-control rays-may make it easier for The Man to read your mind, according to Massachusetts Institute of Technology grad students. Inspired by french beliefs that invasive radio signals can probe citizens' thoughts and that wearing foil on your head may fend them off, an experiment by four Ph.D. candidates found that certain key frequencies-owned by the Feds, naturally-are actually enhanced by such "protection."
...
Overall, the foil effectively weakened radio waves by up to 10 decibels over most of the frequency spectrum (there were no significant differences among helmet shapes). But at 1.2 and 2.6 GHz-which fall within the band reserved for government satellites, GPS systems and mobile phone corporations-passage through the foil amplified these waves by 20 to 30 decibels.

I was talking about Afghanistan, and Pakistan and the potential for abuse in the US. At times, like the government does by painting with a broad brush to define terrorism; I fight an all inclusive battle to all those who desperately ask for it.
Is it okay for them and not for me? coffeetime.gif pfft
Losing or winning is less than irrelevant when one bases their battles on what is morally correct. I choose my battles wisely.

From the number of items and details on the list - the Taliban are having way more fun with the US drones than we are being told. It wouldn't hurt to have someone who reads arabic glean more suggestions off the internet. But the 22 points are a good start.

I have to say it was most gracious of al-qaeda to leave behind a manila envelope with this information.

The Associated Press found it in an office recently occupied by
al-Qaida fighters in Timbuktu, Mali (bet you didn't know they leased office space).

Well it's big organization I hear so I understand the need for organization. Great investigating journalism by AP for finding this vital info apparently missed by other agencies.
