Certainly, it's great this is coming to the public eye.
Strange though, much like the Snowden NSA revelations, it caught many off guard, and
like the NSA revelations, my first reaction was, didn't everybody know all this already?

No, not everyone knows this. How could they?. The process is extremely complicated - so complicated that the big brokerage houses themselves, outside of a select few like JP Morgan, have been getting steamrolled to the tune of many billions of dollars each year.

The video sure makes it highly understandable.

The company "IEX" sure stands to gain from the exposure. Watch the owner suddenly commit suicide with his nail gun while jumping out a 50 storey window.

I just naturally assumed that they did that in the same manner in which they manipulate PM's., and this has been talked about in the past, but it was from less than credible sources.
Not too much left that surprises me.

With precious metals, they used this type of programming, and they also used collusion.

According to a whistleblower, they had set times to do their dirty work. They'd use government announcements on various topics such as unemployment, etc. They could always explain away the sudden rise or drop with spin talk.

The day after just some of the information was presented to the governing agency, the CTFC, he and his wife's car were hit by a hit and run truck, injuring both.

He has kept quiet ever since.

Gold miners are being destroyed by the smack down and sell off of GLD. I can only hope this will lead to the great disconnect I hoped for last year when tapering was first mentioned.

@LongOnlyTrader Only until market crashes. Then HFT will be the torches and pitchforks scapegoat. Not the Fed.

To me it's a good thing that the crooks on Wall Street are being exposed. As people see the rigging as a way of life, they are more likely to be open to seeing the fraud of the Federal Reserve.

Let's face it, 99% of the people have zero idea that the FR is by its nature making everyone else poorer.

At the same time, if the FR were closed tomorrow, the "front ending" on Wall Street is also something that needs to be stopped because it is stealing tens of billions of dollars, maybe more, every year.

So its exposure is a good thing.
