A dream or premonition?

I had a dream last night that felt more like a premonition than anything else.

I was on a travel adventure with a female or male that felt like a gal pal, we both arrived on bicycles at a motel and the owner let us store our bikes in the ground level shed. We decided to walk around the neighborhood to look for a restaurant and when we stepped out of the shed, there appeared flood waters, which were creeping up on us. The waters were vast and deep and we had no escape plan, nor boat..

Just thought I'd throw this out there as a warning or, if nothing comes of it, a reminder to be prepared.

A dream that happens only once could be immediately temporal.

Something that happens the next day perhaps. Or may be happening while you dream, but somewhere else.

Repeat dreams are very troubling, make you feel like you are going insane. If there isn't some kind of dramatic event to explain a repeat dream, maybe you have gone insane.

I read that If you dream of a flood, it's due to feelings of being overwhelmed by something, or someone that seems like an uncontrollable force to you. It leaves you feeling helpless.
The reason I remember that is a few years ago, I was having similar dreams and found it in a dream analysis book.

Interesting. Water is powerful and dreaming of uncontrolled water may indicate some element of your life is not under your control as you would like.

A couple months ago I finaly learned to control a dream. My sister and I were driving on a mountain road, she was going way too fast and we flew off the edge on a corner. I heard myself say "You're dreaming, take control" and I did. The van and my sister disappeared and I flew away.

"The Bound Cat", a dream by yours truly.

Spotlight dream. Cat tied up, struggling to get free. Black and white dream. No background, just a cat tied up.

Next day drive around with relative to do shopping. Wants to stop off at Army/Navy store. Door open, big screen door to enter.

Come in, cat tied with clothesline cord to keep it from bolting the door. Twisted in the cord. Took a deep breath, and just smiled.

Have a nice day.

Very cool thumbsup.gif

I had a dream the other night about me and JR given an assignment to take a package to south east Finland. It was some sort of secret mission and we were given instructions by my old Finnish teacher 13.gif

The next day at the store we ran into the guy, I hadn't seen him for years. damned.gif

Quote:To dream that you are in a flood represents your need to release some sexual desires.
