He apparently shot two random people to death in a car before he allegedly killed that other guy.

Somewhere in between one of his friends sued him for shooting him in the eye.

Hopefully he is held without bond, if he isn't already being held.

The guy is a real psycho.

Who knows, maybe he shot someone else, too.

It looks like Hernandez could have been involved in another similar shooting when he was at UF where two people were wounded.

A witness described a heavily muscled shooter with lots of tattoos who looked either Hispanic or Hawaiian. Police wanted to question Hernandez, but he refused to talk to the police.

Something that i've often wondered about is if someone was charged with whatever crime like say robbery or arson or even murder and that person absolutely refused to speak and he or she said completely and totally nothing at all during every moment throughout the arrest and the entire following proceedings against and he or she with a blank emotionless stare spoke not one single word to the cops and the lawyers and the prosecuters and the judges like what could and would happen then and could they still convict you when you would not acknowledge your rights they read to you ect ect?!

The person can still be convicted, but it's obviously easier to convict for the police if they can question the suspect because if they are guilty, they are likely to tell a lie that the police can uncover.

Once they have that, their job gets easier. They'll start pounding on it, letting the suspect know their alibi doesn't work. At least that's how they do it on TV. chuckle.gif
