...also young things seem to survive better, maybe they're more flexible, both my dogs got hit by a car when they were young and walked away with no damage, got up and ran actually.

I had quite a few brushes with death, got to the point I felt like I could jump out of a high rise building and there'd be a flat bed truck with a load of mattresses going by at the time.

We call it luck.

In the vast majority of cases the vehicle would have not ended up that way but it this case it did.
It is no different than rolling 20 on a 20 sided dice.
Seeing the 4th ace on the flop.
Winning the lottery.

It is rare but it does happen, has nothing to do with "your time" or what ever other supernatural crap you want to peddle.

Yes, the second case you can call it luck. But the first case in which the child was struck badly by the car could stand up without scratchs, we should call it "Angel's salvation"

I've seen more than a few events that people survived when they should not have, I'm inclined to believe the creator does throw you a bone if it's not your time.

Agree. The life of a human being is predestined. Perhaps some people believe in modern science so much that they deny God who created them. There is one thing I can assure that We human beings don't evolve from monkeys at all. That theory is a disgrace to us and our creator - God.
