they die in front of the hospital? lol.gif

you are probably right. that is so 3rd world..

would an xray cost you anything in germany?

lol no. almost everything is free. in fact everything but some dentist stuff is free.

but i'd guess that an x ray in a hospital would be cheaper than at your gp's practice.

same here, dental stuff isnt covered. if you were admitted into hospital with an emergency dental problem it would be free.. the big flaw with private health insurance is that they can deny you coverage if they deem your problem to be pre existing or they just wont cover it.. so what are the people then left to do? mortgage their house and go bankrupt cause they have cancer or AIDS? all people should be covered by a country, its a basic human right, i dont know why the constitution in the USA doesnt demand that right instead of demonising it.. america is a great country full of lovely people, just dont get sick there.. or you are ƒükkêd .. 13.gif

Never let them cut your skin at the hospital,
unless it is an absolutely life-threatening
emergency.
Always open doors with elbows and feet,
if you visit there.
Thoroughly disinfect hands when leaving.

I have to be on my deathbed, or suffered with something long term to even think about going to the doctor.
The fail in the US is no control over the cost of drugs, and for profit healthcare.
The twin elephants in the room everyone who could do anything ignores.
Until that gets in line with Europe and Canada, it's a boondoggle.
