What the heck? Seems like everybody's having problems with it all over the place. It's been going on with at least 2 other forums as well from what I've gathered.
Problem is YouTube trying to be everything to everyone. Flash for some, HTML 5 for others and now this VP9 video codec...
It's like hitting a moving target to keep the vids working.
No probs with Vimeo, or LiveLeak.

To make them work, the video needs to be taken back to one second. Sopmetimes the video will stall out again. Once again the video needs to go a second or lower for the video to play the rest.

I had exactly that happen the other day. I hit pause to let the video buffer a bit, then when I hit play the video was all corrupt with digital scramble in green and purple. I had to refresh the whole page to make it work properly (and it wasn't corrupt or anything the second time).

Just a reminder most videos can be shown here by simply linking to them. No bbcode req'd.

ok

what i get from youtube is that IE is outdated

I am prompted by YT to update to google chrome ( which is garbage and tracks everything )

It is not a kritter problem only

it is youtube and the adobe update

jeebus i had to restore to an earlier date
because adobe flash changed all kinda crap on my laptop

even my start menu appearance .

youtube videos stop and go all the time

and they no longer buffer if you pause them and allow for full buffer before
restart of vid .

when adobe updated

I thought i was hacked again
programs began to hide out for a while .
