Sammy was hilarious...
One day on a golf course with Jack Benny, he was asked what his handicap was. "Handicap?" he asked. "Talk about handicap — I'm a one-eyed Negro Jew."

A giant cup or two of iced soda and some food always worked best for me.

Well, what works best is knowing your limits, drinking slowly and quitting early enough to drink several glasses of water before bed.

I am not your rolling wheels, I am the highway
I am not your carpet ride I am the sky
I am not your blowing wind, I am the lightning
I am not your autumn moon, I am the night
The night

I soak a pressed garlic clove in tea or hot water for 15 minutes, a Tbsp honey, half a fresh squeezed lemon and whiskey. My kids call it the witch's brew

yup.gif

The important thing is it's really fresh squeezed lemon. 50% of the vitamin C is gone after 30 minutes of pressing it.

It HAS to be raw ACV. The brand in the video is probably what you will find.
