i'm not sure wtf you're about to do exactly but you should know that ppl usually use hydrogen peroxide to disinfect surfaces and i never heard of food grade hydrogen peroxide so keep the poison emergency number in reach because your doc is going to call it anyway. chuckle.gif
oh and if it foams don't try to vomit it out because there might be a chance you're going to suffocate and vitriolize your gullet (but i guess the poison is going to make you vomit anyway so you might be ƒükkêd ). rather drink shitloads of water until the ambulance is at your place. they'll most likely feed you with some nasty activated coal. you're so going to like it. lol

have fun! lol.gif

i expected that reply from you.. its safe.. only doing one drop in a big glass of wasser in the morning when i wake up.. foaming usually happens when there is food still digesting in the gut..

burped fer real..

will take it slowly. food grade is safe for internal consumption.. its from my very reputable herbalist in the city.. food grade comes in 35% only usually and is explosive and very dangerous, so my herbalists have watered it down to 3% which is safe to handle.. the stuff from the pharmacy is not safe for internal consumption..

praise The Lord....

I wouldn't take it internally (it reacts to the bacteria in your gut and foams) and not the 3% off the shelf. Buy the 35% food grade and dilute it 1:11 so one part H2O2 and eleven parts distilled water. The 3% off the shelf can harm undamaged cells but the food grade doesn't. I inhale with a nasal spray, a very fine mist once or twice a day.

Just a nasal sprayer, don't spray it up your nose rofl.gif it's just to inhale a fine mist.
If you do put a drop of 35% in water make sure it's diluted properly. 1:11. or your burps will be epic.

Why do you feel you need to take it? To oxygenate your body?

i have stayed away from it because there was no way i was going to deal with 35%, would be too frightening.. my flatmate already yells at me for gargling with hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash.. so storing that in the freezer is not an option.. the herbalists have diluted it properly to 3%.. so all the hard work has been done..

İmage

Well there are many ways to oxygenate your body, but of course it's the usual diet and exercise solution. There just aren't many ways around that fact.

eff that shït..

cellfood is great, its 50 bucks a small bottle.. when i am rich i will use that again. it oxygenates your cells.. after using it for three months no more darkness under my eyes.. it works..

my body, due to trashing myself for years with drugs and the like is not producing enough hydrogen peroxide internally, as most people do.. i have known this for a while.. have a great diet, do all the right things, its not enough, when you have been naughty for 20 years..

i didnt think you could buy the 35% (which is food grade, ie safe internally) already diluted.. and it was only this pestering spirit guide nudging me today in this great, herbal, health store in the city, that i even asked if they had it, so when i get harassed like that and then its available in a way that i like, its a sign..

yup.gif
