Can't sleep, when I do the nightmares are horrific. The dark dead energy from these past few weeks has to go! Finally acquiesced after several nights of insomnia and took sleeping pills. Slightly better but the dead energy is still around.
Is anyone else here going through this?

Sorry to hear that, I've had a hard time sleeping last week myself, drank a bit over the weekend thinking that would help. Big mistake. Don't know anything about dead energy, but I have been a little blah these least few weeks. Hang in there OP.

I don't ever sleep much, but have noticed everyone and everything seems a bit off. It's odd, a friend and I were discussing this the other evening and she said Mercury is in retrograde until the 15th of April. If this is the influence you're feeling, relief should be on the way.

Maybe there's something to it, I've had bad dreams and felt like I was cat napping instead of sleeping for the last two weeks. Time to drink a pot of coffee.

Haven't slept well for the last two weeks myself, I keep waking up thinking someone is in the house. Eerie feeling.

Yes, having weird sometimes horror dreams just recently, but when I think about the what the meaning could possibly be, they sort of make sense.

It may be that I am more stressed now because of our big move happening soon, but I am also waking up every night around 3 or 4 a.m. - and I am wide awake, or I have insomnia. So, most likely overly stressed. But the dreams/nightmares are definitely negative, but I don't know what you mean by 'dead' energy.

I woke Octo and Mason up screaming last night.
Mason moved to her side of the bed, and I'm not kidding about this, I woke up terrified.

I've had sleep issues and strange energy that comes to call during this period.

I haven't been sleeping worth shit and both our dogs have been restless, I have a Walker Coonhound outside that keeps an eye on things and a West Highland White Terrier. They've been agitated in the middle of the night I don't know how many times these last few weeks. Saturday evening our motion detector light went on outside and they were both tripping.
I bolted out of bed, loaded my 38 and went out. There was nothing out there but every hair on my body was standing up.
Coon dog wouldn't simmer down so I brought him inside and took him down to the basement. It took me a few shots of Beam and a couple hits off a roach to get calmed down. I'm glad my wife works at night, she missed all the fun. Thinking of getting a game camera.

Did I forget to leave the sticky note with instructions on : " Sleep like a Dead Rock "

What the heck? So it's everybody here? BTW, I'd love to see what you catch on that game camera if you get it. I'm surrounded by farm fields that lead into woods, and it gets creepy out here. I've often thought it would be a good idea to get one myself.
Always wanted a big outside dog but I love them so much I can't let them stay out there.

It is a good idea, I wished we had today's tech 10 years ago when we lived at the brewery.
