Hey Octo, this invention (shot glass holder) would come in handy, because we wouldn't even have to get up from the computer to get another drink. chuckle.gif

Who's counting? beerbong.gifchuckle.gif

I'd say about 100-150 a bottle like any beer worth having. I just consider beer liquid bread, fun stuff to eat so I of course take that into account and eat very healthy and I also am very active. cheers.gif

Was all about getting rid of the car and walking or riding bikes everywhere, even in the dead of winter.
Of course a Paleo Diet like our ancestors followed doesn't hurt either.

I just calculated the distance between our home and work. It's 1.9 km one way. I ride that in 5 minutes. Then I go home for lunch so that makes a total of 7.6 km. Then most nights we ride to the store which adds another 4.2 km if we only go to the closest one.

And yes, no sugar or grains. I did have blueberry pancakes at breakfast yesterday though, but I don't do that stuff every day.
