Yes, that's the place. Earlier there was what seemed to be a small fire at the base of the crane. Now it seems to have extended up the crane.

Earthquake update for the Past 24 hours.

Ive been monitoring EQs daily for almost four years. Notice how the majority of the EQs have been on the 38th parallel. Prior to the May 11th Japan EQ as well as the Sumatra EQ in 2004 we saw similar structures I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I don't think yesterdays Japan EQ was the big event, I think we may see another.. Possibly along the Juan de Fuca plate off the coast of Oregon. Just my two cents worth for all its worth.

Heres a current seismograph reading for the past hour of that area. No EQs there, but its ringing from other events on the planet.

Better that way than a precursor to something more ominous.
