Quote:A Saudi newspaper reported Monday that embattled Syrian President Bashar Assad has moved his family from Damascus to a ship in the Mediterranean, as his regime continues to fight opposition forces determined to unseat him.

Citing "intelligence sources", Al Watan's website claims that Assad has "lost confidence" in his personal security detail, and is being ferried to the Syrian capital by helicopter solely for official functions.

Losing confidence in ones security detail is not a good sign for a sitting president. coffeetime.gif Could mean bad times on the horizon, we'll see.

Is this non-Jewish enough for you?

Breitbart reporting out of Riyadh: http://www.breitbart.com/system/wire/upi...43809-9540

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Jan. 14 (UPI) --
Syrian President Bashar Assad and his family have been living on a warship, with security provided by Russia, intelligence sources told a Saudi newspaper.

An Al-Watan report Monday says the family and Assad confidantes are residing on the ship in the Mediterranean Sea and that he travels to Syria by helicopter to attend official meetings and receptions.

Show me where I gave you cause to say that.

Quote:Reports that the Syrian president has been living on a navy ship off the coast of his wartorn country under Russian security are likely false, experts say.

Saudi Arabian news service al-Watan issued unconfirmed reports that family and senior advisors of Bashar al-Assad have joined the president on board a warship in the Mediterranean, secured by Russian operatives. Assad uses a helicopters to travel to Syria, reports al-Watan. This story has been re-reported by Israel's Y Net News, Business Insider, and UPI, all citing the same unconfirmed source
