Had an unreal conversation with CIBC yesterday, not my bank but my name is on an account there. Paid off and cancelled my hubby's credit card a year ago. Well Sirius radio tried to put through a charge for subscription on the card after it was cancelled and the bank honored it!! wtf2.gif There's about $400 owing in interest on that account now. So I call them, how can you possibly honor a charge on a cancelled card? They said too bad I should've cancelled the subscription to Sirius when I cancelled the card. gaah.gif Thieves.

I don't know what I can do but close that account. It wasn't even money we owed Sirius it was a year's subscription paid in advance they collected. I think we found Corzine, he's head of CIBC now bored.gif

Its shocking, instead of having to lug more bier round the store to pay off the thieving Bastards that $400 should have been better spend on bier and other household essentials.
