Quote:Two or three beers may be a better painkiller than the stuff you get in the drugstore, a British study found.

And beer definitely goes better with pretzels than acetaminophen.

Researchers at Greenwich University in the U.K. say they discovered strong evidence that alcohol is an effective painkiller. They also concluded the more beer people drank, the less pain they felt.

"It can be compared to opioid drugs such as codeine and the effect is more powerful than paracetamol (generic Tylenol)," said Trevor Thompson an author of the study published in The Journal of Pain.

A scientific study was needed to prove the more beer people drank, the less pain they felt? vic.gif

I'm just not that interested in the beer booty microwave cannon to tell you the truth.

Non alcoholic isn't that bad though.

If you're a targeted individual don't do it...it will lower your vibration and make you succeptible to the detached audio (v2k), I mean regular beer/more than one.

I would test this theory if the carbs in beer weren't so high.

The problem is that you can take Ibuprofen (I don't care for acetaminophen) every four hours as well as while at work, driving and operating heavy machinery. Beer? Not so much.

I wouldn't advise it if you have to go to work.
