Being Railroaded

Somebody said to me that I shouldn't complain if I ever find myself being railroaded by a overly zealous prosecutor looking to blame somebody.

I then told her that even if somebody is being railroaded by the state and they didn't do the crime..
Most people that find themselves being framed and railroaded, are in fact framing and railroading themselves first, by acting like fools and hanging out with the kinds of assholes that might have actually did the crime.

So they're not innocent by a longshot.

Our first gult by association topic.chuckle.gif I've been around shady types, dealers, and all kinds, doesn't mean I should pay for their sins.
So, do you have a problem with a prosecuter attempting to frame you? hmm.gif

An interesting topic for sure. In the article below "guilt by association", it would seem one has to work on the lack of evidence/proof to win.

The fact of the matter is there is no such a thing as Innocent until proven guilty, it doesn't work.
You can call it that as much you like... and its always 200 miles south of existence and is always going to be.

Show me who your friends are and I'll know who you are.

I'm in my seventh decade on Earth. I know things.
