Sky Deutschland has developed technology to transfer adverts from train windows directly and silently into commuters' heads.

Passengers leaning their head against the window will "hear" adverts "coming from inside the user's head", urging them to download the Sky Go app.

The proposal involves using bone conduction technology, which is used in hearing aids, headphones and Google's Glass headset, to pass sound to the inner ear via vibrations through the skull.

New ways to intrude into privacy in pursuit of profits are endless. Advertising always makes me resentfull and I would never purchase a product that uses such dirty interfering tactics.

And if it's used in advertising now you know it's been fully explored by the military for decades already. They make hearing aids using this same technique too so it's not all evil, just a matter how it's being used...or abused. damned.gif

Years ago there were ads for a product called "BonaPhone" or something like that. It was a collar radio that transmitted the music through the collar bones rather than through the ears. It apparently didn't catch on for whatever reason.

Here is a link to a photo and article:

Monks who chant the Gregorian chant get the bone benefits of sound as well...

Your prayers have worked like crazy. Maybe one of these days I won't have any behavior issues.
