JUST SAY NO

Do you believe you know all you need to when you drink Dasani bottled water? Do you know its ingredients and their effects?

This type of bottled water has four ingredients: salt, tap water, potassium chloride, and magnesium sulfate. Its lables asserts that these are added to enrich its taste, but this comination alters much more.

Ingredient #1: Salt

Since sodium is an added ingredient to numerous processed foods, it is responsible for the bad reputation of table salts as well. Yet, table salts are infrequently harmful, unlike sodium, which when added to processed foods may cause numerous dangerous health effects.

Yet, if you have only one Dasani bottled water a day, it will not be that harmful, but if you consume 6, or more bottles, the amount will be too high and it may hamr your health.

Good, clean well water doesn't need its flavor enriched.

personally I drink sea water from the ocean
every morning i swim about half mile out to sea and fill up my 2 gallon pouch with water without trash in it
then when i get to shore i put the water in a 4 gallon aluminium pot and leave it in the sun to dry and get hot
then i scoop 5/6th of the water and use it for drinking
the last 1/6 will evaporate and leave about half ounce of nice sea salt at the bottom which i use to sprinkle on top of my tomato salads and the rest I cook pasta or soup with it

Why would you do that? Ocean water isn't clean. Just ask the mercury filled fish.

I'll stick to Finnish tap. Some of the purest water on the planet.
No chemicals or fluoride.

No fluoride.... Wow....
Most bottled water is crap. All nestle brands should be avoided too.
We used to laugh at Dasani. We've known for years it was just tap water.

If anyone wants to check they're not drinking a nestle water brands, as they own some very popular ones, world wide. Like over 100 brands are nestle.
They're pumping water out in Michigan right now, while people in Flint have swill to drink and bathe in. They do the same in Africa.
I won't buy anything made by nestle. Anything.

What's sad is that it is necessary for the FDA to regulate water.
