My regular now is:
- 1 Apple
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 lemon
- 8-10 slices cucumber
- 8-10 slices carrot
- 1/2 inch ginger
all mushed up in food processor, but the lot is too much for the stomach in one morning, so I make it a supply for 2 days.
Am sure I will keep adding more ingredients to that,
surely next will add be 1/3 of good size sweet red pepper.
Any ideas and / or recipes?
