Have scrapped all cereals, milks, toasts and the old time breakfast stuffs.

My regular now is:
- 1 Apple
- 1 Orange
- 1/2 lemon
- 8-10 slices cucumber
- 8-10 slices carrot
- 1/2 inch ginger
all mushed up in food processor, but the lot is too much for the stomach in one morning, so I make it a supply for 2 days.

Am sure I will keep adding more ingredients to that,
surely next will add be 1/3 of good size sweet red pepper.

Any ideas and / or recipes?

I read not long ago that Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, an anti-inflammatory which achieves similar results to anti-inflammatory drugs, but without side effects.
May be worth a try dunno.gif http://www.livestrong.com/article/457385...lammation/

Cheers JR
been thinking of adding pineapple to the mix, also as a sweetener

Though only small portions of each ingredient would go daily into the mix as 1 or 2 cups of the mix would fill the stomach in the morning.

Great additions, especially the tumeric and apple cider vinegar.

Hey CA, you're probably going to feel worse before it gets better. Just stick with it, it's going to be worth it.

Your bad bacteria in your gut flora is going to be acting up if you don't feed it what it wants (sugar and crap stuff) and release toxins as they die off. It can give you headaches and a variety of other discomforts.

I'm not a nurse or nutritionist on paper, no. But I have been studying these things since the dawn of modern internet. I myself had candida albicans invasion over 20 years ago and doctors were clueless about it. They still are for the most part.

I have studied these matters for a long time and still do. Mainstream research is only now starting to find evidence for what I have been saying for years, that your gut flora plays a very important role for your wellbeing. In fact, the major part of your immune system lives in your gut. It also has a great influence on your mental health so it's very important to have a healthy and happy gut.

So keep in mind I'm someone on the internet and I'm not trained, more a medicine woman, so you should probably go to a doctor if you have any serious conditions. These symptoms you are describing are however common side-effects from a diet change.

On the apple cider vinegar...

Get the stuff from the health food store with "the mother"

UNPASTEURIZED Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar also contains “mother,” strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky, cobweb-like appearance.
