The thing was, they had not just sprung up, but were kind of "flash frozen". Now I look at some of these pictures and understand how.

Like the well preserved mammoths and mastodons found in siberia with green vegetation and yellow buttercups still held within their mouths...

They were more or less instantly frozen...

By alien freeze guns?

By super fast ice age?

By earths axis flipping?

By like what the f##k?!

We've been locked inside this way too cold weather for a long time now...

Like most of the rest of the united states also has...

Yesterdays high around here in southern new england was only 22 F...

With a low of like only 5 F last night...

But finally sweet extended relief is soon on the way! >

Turned cold here with strong wind today.

As well as most of our recent 16 inches of blizzard snow around here was melted away from last mondays balmy 55 f degree rainy weather (dont have to shovel rain (*-*) before the rollercoaster temperatures returned as quickly as they went away plunging us back into the single digits but this soon to be extended and relatively warm front will eliminate the rest of it until more snow falls upon us sooner or later...

If it was 95F degrees for a week...

And then dropped down into the 50s...

We'd be running for warm jackets to wear...

But if it was below 0 degrees for a week...

And then shot up into the 50's...

We'd all be walking around with lite shirts on...

Just goes to show us and make us feel all too clearly how quickly ice ages can be unleashed the more cold the more snow the more sunlight and heat is reflected away the faster growing mountains of accumulating ice and snow will travel and theres nothing we can do to prevent their inevitable glacial return...

So much depends on the weather wether or not we're together...

I'm really getting sick and tired of being in head to toe pain every time i go outside morning day and night and i'm really getting sick and tired of warming up my car all the time and the extra gasoline that costs because we're still locked within this too cold weather around here where its only like around a frigid 10 f right now where i am but its soon to be over and a lot milder for awhile anyways and its going to feel really nice and well deserved (*-*) > http://www1.whdh.com/weather/
