Florida will be the last place to become legal, it's current legal status coupled with an abundance makes it a money maker for the State.
Though legalization would make far more money and sense, once again it all goes back to appeasing the QTips.
Politics in that state make you wanna' puke.

They are closing "gambling cafes" and there was old people literally crying about it

Meh, that's not a buzzkill.

THIS is a buzzkill...

3.9 tons of marijuana confiscated by Texas Highway Patrol

Quote:For highway patrol officers, there's no such thing as a routine traffic stop. That adage was again proven true when a Texas Highway Patrol trooper pulled over a gas tanker to perform a routine visual inspection and discovered the tanker was carrying 3.9 tons of marijuana. It's unclear how the trooper was able to make the discovery.

In a news release, the Texas Department of Public Safety estimated the value of the confiscated pot at around $3.4 million. The truck driver was arrested and charged with possession. He's being held on $1 million bond. According to DPS spokesperson Sgt. Johnny Hernandez, more arrests may be forthcoming.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Lazy? HAH! Smoking makes me wanna get up and do shit. Clean, hike, whatever. It does tend to give me terrible munchies, though.

JR, Florida does pander to the white hairs, but I used to know a guy that owned a dance hall down there. He said that they would come in and as soon as the lights went out the place would fill up with pot smoke and then all the fogies would start cutting the rug.

Some of the oldies down there are against it, but not all.

Let people grow their own and we wouldn't have to see these horrible things.

strange thought when they thought to make vegetation a criminal .

and at the same time , Mow down trees in a rain forest .

strange thought to write a bill of rights for white people

and at the same time , mow down red people

strange thoughts ,,,gaah.gif

I had this sweet thought

went like this

Start a Global Movement using the Internet ,

Every one who could , save every seed

then ,,, during hikes , walks , drives , or private plane

Everyone come Spring time

scatter seeds all across the Globe

a Global re-seeding of weed .

do it every chance we get
every day we can do it

as a Global protest against IGNORANCE

as the plants are destroyed by Buzzkill cops
come right behind them and scatter seeds again

Start the Seeding on 4/20

Our Man Power is greater then the Man Power of Buzzkill

all it takes is a global collective

no leaders

no contracts to sign

no I.D. required

no application to fill out

the Internet is our connection to each other

it is our voice

These Laws are BULLSHIT

if we got this done

we could go on to a Global Planting of food

instead of flowers and plants in our Gardens , parks , open areas ,,,

we plant food ,, even if it is only corn

but grow it everywhere there is soil .

Imagine walking down the street eating your way to the store to buy

GMO canned garbage food .

In order to stop the shit being pushed on us

we need to fight back

sit and Bitch is a waste , and stops nothing

Co-Op Globally ,

there are 7 billion of you fuckers out there

let me hear you make some noise

That guerrilla planting has been a popular hobby here these past years. Easy enough to have a bunch of hemp seeds in your pocket and seed any plantation you find, especially around the police station. lmao.gif Hemp grows way bigger but looks the same as the potent stuff. chuckle.gif

And yes, you can eat it.

Police consider it a passing phenomenon.
