We should be so lucky. What's coming, may already be here, is much worse. It's called Fascism.

I'm waiting for China to turn democratic...Edgar Cayce predicted it, and from the rumblings and tidbits of tolerance shown to the protesters lately, who knows?

I agree

I can see by your coat my friend you're from the other side. Just one thing I got to know. Who won?

No, it is the worst of both worlds. cappie/commie. None of the good of either, just the worst of both. Remember all things in life are an experiment. They play action/reaction/solution. They saw what benefited them most in the past and are creating a bleaker hybrid for us to have.

The more I look at it,
the harder it gets
to call it anything
but il corporativismo
- pretty near exactly
how Mr Mussolini
once described it.

But what does it matter
how you label it,
our forced march into the
global corporate police state.

I just know I have to side
with righteousness...what else
is there?

Mr Guevara...who am I to judge, but...the more
you learn about him, the more he looks like a
bloody psychopath serial lust-murderer.
Seeing his evil face just about everywhere
does not brighten my day, so to speak.

On the other hand...

Even if you invent non-violence, you just might
end up founding 2 brand new nuclear powers
at perpetual mutual defcon 4 13.gif

What does that mean for the Chinese?

What is "democracy" anymore?

Got absolutely jack zip to do with how
the people feel about things or how they
"vote". It was an invention of the rich folks
in Greek city states. Did not include the
slaves back then either. Served well to
camouflage self-interest and hide what
things really are about.

The EU is run by big business.
Watch Monsanto et al march right in,
since every -ism, every ideology was
always about power itself. The signing
of the TTIP went down, didn't it, while
everyone was freaking out over "Ebola".

Or am I misinformed?

To control food, water and eventually
fire, is age-old, solid 1st base
political 1.01. As old as human tribes,
I guess. It got fairly easy to do, too,
once we gave up nomad/hunter-gatherer
life.

Or so it seems to me to be.

I don't like the mug of Mr Hitler either...

but he let slip a few disturbing truths, did he not,
especially in his famous angry rant about power
being its own goal.

Herr Krupp and Herr Rothschild and their peers
knew exactly what was happening, while the crowds
were cheering.

Few statesmen have made a human impression on me.
But John F Kennedy told the Big Truth, at least once.
So did Mr Eisenhower. Worried for real or a darned
good actor.

That Danish guy in the EU, now retired, Mr Bonde?
Hahaha - he told everyone, live, what a bloody joke
the new, improved EU constitution was. And why.

Our very own Mrs T Halonen seemed to be a real boil
on the ass of the POO lackeys every now and then...
when she sort of felt like it chuckle.gif

Naah..."democracy" is a spent bullet.
At least in terms of "republic".
Smarter brains than mine will have to figure out how
to keep conveniences but make subunits self-sufficient
in accordance with the structures of existence.
Me, I think it is more of a spiritual problem...

...but all of this sheit I'm writing could be dead wrong.
