We may be in trouble here soon California helps feed many nations. But soon farmers may not get enough water to keep high yeilds up for the demand. We will have to set a new water standers for the world to see from sea water & recycled reclamation. Reverse osmosis plants are going to go into effect also pumping sea water into eco cleansing lakrs . Obama will have to grant funds for this or be cut off from California Arizona Nevada etc will also put up a militarized nation guard against cut off water supply's. It happened in the past and fortunitly legal battles are prevailing but situation level 3 priority.

What are they doing with the byproducts from those desalinization facilities? That's been a sticking point in many locales.

That's a great question we need to figure a way out to use the contaminated heavyer water and send it threw a cleaning system for food irrigation. The by product from a huge RO plant can still be used just not for consumption.

Yes we have learned from global green peace about dam perging etc. But this is not enough we need to set up eco plants that turn salt water into drinkable water this takes time but the data of plants and animals is being revued. There is still much to lean on that even globaly . We are looking to possibly eneginer a aqua plant hybed strain that exelerates this natural eco possess.
