Had a friend who owned a parrot once.
It ate his kitchen door!
Foul-mouthed summabitch he was...really unpleasant vocabulary 13.gif

But I've never been personally acquainted to any corona C0ck canaries, no. chuckle.gif

I love birds. This love bird was on the TV business entrepreneurial show 'Dragon's Den'. His owner makes sculpture and greeting cards from his shreddings.

I love birds too, but I feel a bit bad about keeping them in cages so I never had one. I thought this was about the Canary Islands btw 13.gif

That is why Paukku ate the kitchen door.
He didn't have a cage.

Oh no, what did I do? Octo don't start, and I'm tired of that argument,
it's already too bad enough in this world that people want to say what they think even though they are ignorant in most of the subjects.

Hey, don't take me wrong, I'd love to have a bird, but this is not a good climate for a tropical bird in my opinion. One day I will have one, I'll teach it my whole vocabulary and tango. I don't know if Canaries can do that though.

Must admit total ignorance in this subject.
Sorry, Cloud Atlas...but the derailings are sort of how this place rolls.
And I love it! chuckle.gif
Didn't mean to destroy your thread.

Paukku the Parrot was a fascinating creature, any case.
I felt he deserved to be remembered on here.
He taught me the Finnish expression "suksi v*tt**n!"
which I won't translate. Made me realize birds also
got great personalities, like cats and dogs :)

I have never seen a Gloster before, do you have to give them haircuts? Are they considered the sheep dog of the canary world?
