No, I'm Murican, Octo and I met on GLP back when Elaine owned it, we met up in Amsterdam, smoked MK Ultra and drank Amsdel and real Uzo for a solid week and ended up getting married.
She had kids and we didn't want to uproot them out of Finnish school because it's the best in the world, so I quit the high paying FL gig and moved here. that was 12 years ago.

I used to work there as a planner for a private Engineering firm.
One of the County inspectors said they popped the lid on a nearby drop manhole and found several dead cats.
He called it in, but had to leave.
By the time the cops arrived the people who own the place had popped open the manhole went down and gathered the dead cats.

No charges were filed as nothing was found, but I knew this County inspector for a very long time and this is not BS.

Were they cat skeletons or bodies? The difference is important.

I had some Hmong neighbors, for just a few months, and I once saw a live dog in a wire cage outside their kitchen door.
I don't know if they ate it, but it was disturbing, and I was glad when they moved.

Awful, especially for an animal lover like me. Those are SHTF meals not every day cuisine.

I ask because if the were eating them then it would have been skeletons. If it was carcasses then they just hated cats.

Or something in the sewer did...

There could be other forces at play, cats have a very powerful connection to the afterlife. What was witnessed may have been symbolic.

Neither
by the time the inspector saw them , the Cats were Sushi and Ate up .
