I was talking with my daughter about this earlier. I remember having terrible nightmares about UFOs. Don't remember aliens though, but my daughter had the same type of nightmares. I can't remember either aliens or UFOs being hot discussion topics growing up and I was just curious how common it is for kids to have dreams about such things and why.

Its very possible that our dreams are deceptions that aliens implant into our minds to disguise their human abductions a frightening and disturbing possibility indeed...

Its also very possible that dreams are fragmented glimpses of virtual reality data that our alien masters are downloading into our brains that we upload upon awakening and believe is our new days reality that doesnt even really exist beyond this simulated existence and that could actually be the only reason why we have to fall asleep...

"We dream of past and future lives and the dead are able to visit us in our dreams" - Edgar Cayce

Mine actually had Shadow People in them. I'm actually writing a screen play about it called "Shadows of the Past".

Mine was in first grade. I was out on the playground at recess when these huge black saucers descended from the sky.
Everyone was running and screaming and I said ğck school and started running home...
I never made it, I woke up before I made it home, but that was terrifying, and stuck with me forever.

I don't think we talked THAT much about aliens and UFOs. I tried to keep most stuff down to earth so the kids wouldn't get too messed up. chuckle.gif

No, not that I'm aware of. There's nothing I can think of that would indicate that.

Yes I assume they are. Still interesting to have nightmares about things you don't really have any concept of at that age. Sure I could do some research, I just wanted to get an idea of how common it is. cheers.gif

I can't recall ever dreaming about aliens or UFOs. My nightmares were Raggedy Ann and Andy -big fangs- chasing me around a mixing bowl but i always woke up before we hit the bottom. My dreams were of flying, finding the fearlessness to soar. I'd sure like to take control of my dreaming.
