The lamb roast is slow cooking in the oven covered in lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

With that we of course need bacon, so how about mushrooms filled with bacon, mushrooms, onion and cheddar wrapped in more bacon before baked. woohoo.gif

Also making Parmesan-roasted broccoli and a salad.

Take broccoli, wrap it with bacon and broil or grill until done, throw away the broccoli and enjoy not being a vegan!

We like to take cauliflower and prepare it like mashed potatoes. Yummy!

Now, back to the serious subject of bacon.

Either today or tomorrow I will be making the ultimate food.

Bacon chili...

I have never heard of it before. It just came to me the last time I made chili. I decided to get some bacon and give it a try. I have three pounds of bacon that I will chop up and mix with some chorizo.
