Is this the craziest true discovery of the decade? Is microwaved WATER fattening? The surprising answer will shrink your dress size!

To burn fat in our body, we need a 'hot fire.' In other words we need 'wood' and not 'newspapers' to keep the fire going. Your krebs cycle is your wood supply. Your fermentation cycle can be likened to burning newspapers in your fire place. They will flash a bright light and quickly turn to burnt toast.

That's a lot like what sugar or chocolate does, right? You fly high for a couple hours and then need to rest. Your brain might not get quiet, however, because the sugar is in there irritating your brain with its smoke, but your body can't keep up. Sound familiar?

Spring water and food contain your cells' light switches. In fact, there are a variety of designs in those switches with variations within those four categories. The four main categories are called ELECTRO-lytes. Maybe we should spell it "ELECTRIC LIGHTS" because that is what they do. They turn on the lights in your cells by providing voltage.

When your cells have low voltage, it's like driving your car with the emergency break on and your foot lightly resting on the other brake.

(More to come shortly...or not depending how many responses there are and how often it gets shared on Facebook.)

chuckle.gif  That's because cacti are prickly prickers. There's one in every crowd. You know the type.

PS. Did your prickler get fat? Or did it shrivel like a skinny model?
