chased me down the the street in car, screaming and yelling when i ignored her
The Stonette suffers a lot from mosquitoes, so I've seen
meself how utterly annoying it can be for an oversensitive
Covering up from head to toe is the only somewhat fool-
proof method, I'm afraid...
People say insects do not like garlic-stinkers, though. ;)

It's an antihistamine, but I think you need to deal with the root cause of your problem. And if you indeed have a candida infection there's a lot you can do. But good luck finding a doctor to diagnose it, they seem completely oblivious about this although I believe it's causing a range of health problems in people. What you need to do is get your gut bacteria in good shape to battle the candida overgrowth, so diet is everything. No sugar, no starchy food, no flour, no dairy to begin with. There's a load of information on the web about this.
Also want to mention liquorice root contains 25 different anti-fungal substances so it could be something you could try. 1 tsp per cup of hot water, let it soak for 15 minutes before drinking. JR also drinks abut 5 drops of tea tree oil in water every day.
The big things to avoid are breads, cereals, pasta, sugar in any form, dairy (cottage cheese and unsweetened yogurt with Acidophilus - Bifidus is okay) anything with vinegar in it, and avoid mushrooms at all costs.
Avoid all nutra sweet products, aspartame turns to wood alcohol, candida loves that chemical. Don't take any Ibuprofen either.
Eat lots of probiotic food like FRESH sauerkraut. All nuts are fine except peanuts. This will take a few months to a year to balance the bad fungus with the good gut bacteria.
Whatever you do antibiotics are a no no. They are what started this in the first place. I'll never take them again unless I've got flesh eating bacteria or some life threatening condition.
