gold is a heavy dude

my 4lb bar is barely bigger then my middle finger .

Thank you shadow for posting the pics I cant seem to get my photobucket library to work. the nuggets are quite nice but they are dirty, once all the impurities are taken out it should work out to about $200 k worth of gold, lots of black sand and small rocks mixed in with the nuggets, but still nice to see after pushing away all the dirt and long hours for the last 2 1/2 months makes it kinda worthwhile just to see it first hand yay.gifbeercheer.gif the area we are in is called the golden mile so hopefully it will live up to the moniker

not 100% sure of the value but boss man thinks somewhere around $200k now I don't know if that's just the nugs or all of the gold in the clean out , kinda fizzled out to the twilight zone at the sight of it , fells like at least six pounds or more but who knows it wont be weighed until everything is cleaned, beer tasted different after that, colder, more thirst quenching and a lot like liquid gold as opposed to the usual nectar of the beer gods lmao.gif beercheer.gifbeercheer.gifcheers.gif

stay frosty kritters I will keep you posted thanks again shadowhug.gifbeerbong.gif

ten pounds of gold is roughly $240,000

one pound is roughly $24,000

nuggets being worth more in the raw then finished gold

handled through the right broker

you get optimum money out of the nugs if you do not process them into a bar .

as usual CA you are right nuggets are worth more in the raw than finished gold but to find the right buyer is a little more difficult in Dawson city Yukon the gold buyers here are looking for quantity in mass not raw gold, not sure if the boss will hold onto the nuggets to sell in a major center or what , he says he usually keeps some nuggets each year and unloads them down south in the winter cheers.gif

My old connection that I sold to back in the 1980's
up and died .

He was in L.A. , but there are speculators all over who
will purchase the Nugs ,
but who to trust is the problem .

I used a fake heater hose to smuggle mine from
New Mexico to L.A.

because Cops in L.A. are thieves , they search your vehicle
and steal goodies while at it .

I put the nugs and dust in Alca-zeltser bottles

slipped those into the hose
connected the ends to the engine and the heater inlets

funny , never got pulled over once .

now there is Ebay

that's what i'd use to sell the big nugs .

logistics on shipping can be worked out with the buyer .

GREAT FIND BTW

Congrats Whaler yay.gifyay.gifyay.gifyay.gif
