This the same one JR posted about the other day?

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

That's what I like about KB...we'll all go down laughing.

Sorry, I saw it on the news this a.m. and it was prevalent in my mind - using the search function was not.

Quote:Only one scientist worked with the virus, and Reyes said the lab suspects that scientist accidentally threw the vial away in November.
"I suspect that they may not ever be able to account for it if it was that kind of human error," Schaffner said. "This is a record-keeping issue, which means it was a human issue, which means doing that kind of tedious, important work, there was just a momentary slip up."
Seriously though... If they don't know what happened to it, how can they tell it was "a record-keeping issue"?

If someone shoved it up their ass and handed it to the North Koreans I'm sure there wouldn't be any records. But yes, I guess you could call that a slip up.
