Nah, you don't die from c. Your body doesn't store it. But you have overdose symptoms, such as nausea, with doses over 2,000 mg a day.
Not sure where you got that information from. It's not correct. Millions of people take vitamin C over 2,000 mg a day and they don't get nausea. I've taken 10,000 mgs a day for various periods of time with no nausea. I felt better, in fact with no negative symptoms whatsoever. There are M.D.s who have provided 50,000 to 250,000 mg intravenously to their patients repeatedly.
