we have strains here in the states with 33% thc content ... knock your socks off weed. its to much for me I enjoy smoking to much to pack up a bowle of that stuff. and for the record the stuff from the 60s 70s was in the range of 6-10% thc but the average stuff now a days is the 13+% .... wich is just fine for me any more than that and I falla sleep lol.gif no need for the stuff as strong as the medicinal ...

chuckle.gif Yeah, I know all about that falling asleep thing. When Octo, Shadow and I went to Amsterdam last year, my neck started to hurt from my head bobbing all the time.

At school we had a really nasty piece of work for our form tutor so for a Xmas present we bought her a load of sweets and chocolates in a confectionery bag. We added Laxative chocolate by delicately scraping the L off the front. She was gracious enough to accept but we never found out if she ate any of them. Next year resumed as normal and she never mentioned anything.

I haven't smoked weed for a very long time but I heard THC content had sky rocketed to 34 percent. In England some skunk strains are supposed to be very potent. I have a friend who refuses to smoke the stuff but she smokes this bush weed. I saw some of it once and it was full of sticks and seeds but she seems to enjoy it.

I can see by your coat my friend you're from the other side. Just one thing I got to know. Who won?

I don't know, but I was watching a documentary on it and they said it was 1%. I suppose it depends on how it was grown and where it came from, because my friends that grew their own, that strain really did not have too much of a kick to it.

yup.gif A lot of times outdoor homegrown is closer to hemp than anything. You really have to know what you're doing.
Most of the 70's stuff was from tropical climates, it's a wonder it grew up there at all.

But there are some other kickass strains to grow up north, many of them created for local climates by hobby botanists chuckle.gif

Accidental Stoner has an awesome story about some Indian guys looking for pot but had to settle for homegrown after they couldn't find any "good" stuff. They ended up vomiting. 37.gif

are too strong for any Indian chuckle.gif or white man blink.gif

Me, I like the medium old-timer stuff.
