Exposing the brain and body to certain electromagnetic frequencies allows certain parts of the body to act like an antenna and tune in and absorb the radiation. Those molecules become excited and can cause unwanted reactions. This can destablize chemical processes in the brain and lead to abnormal brain activity. Schizophrenia is an extreme result of chemical instablity where normal activity patterns becomes disrupted. Switching controll systems fail and you get irregular thoughts.

I thought this may be the correct place to post this information.

Nick Begich was also an expert witness at the EU Parliament hearing "The HAARP project and non-lethal weapons" in 1998 so I guess he's considered to be an authority regarding these matters tinfoil.gif
