ECB to officially lower the deposit facility rate to negative as in you pay the bank to hold your deposits

http://www.infowars.com/economist-u-s-ba...-deposits/ I was right,,the banks are going to try to pass the fee for holding deposits onto the customer ..I worked for financial institutions for many years and know what they do coffeetime.gif and if you read further the banks will still not be in any hurry to loan out funds..afraid of inflation

In other words, this will stifle an already anemic economy. What would be the incentive to put money in the bank if they are going to take a portion? It just doesn't make sense, unless I'm missing something...wtf2.gif

you still have commercial depositors who have to use a bank ..private depositors yanked their funds out of banks awhile ago and invested in the bond market or pm's
