Holy cow! Did Ross Perot write that? Look at all those charts!

Two things I got from that presentation: 1) Follow Iceland's lead. ğck the banks, let them fail. If you read through that entire presentation, the one thing that keeps coming up is that banks started it and they are trying to cover their asses. ğck 'em. We don't need them. It is simple economics. Oh, you don't have the cash for it? DON'T BUY IT! Eventually the economy will level out and we will be able to sustain it at proper levels. This frenzied credit card spending we do.... they do, I don't have a damn credit card and don't want one... is absurd. Quit spending money you don't have just so you can get further in debt and have less money because you are paying the card company too high of an interest. Again, if you can't pay in cash, you can't afford it. Live within your means. 2) Even Darth Vader and Stormtroopers owe the banks.

Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor

You had me going right up to that last sentence, you conspiracy nuts. rofl.gif

Seriously hi5.gif that's very true Kreeper, if the banks were allowed to fail the world would have been on its way to a nice economic recovery.

Our "professional politicians" took a disaster and made it an apocalypse that our grandchildren's grandchildren will be working to pay off. coffeetime.gif

There is no better payback than for all of us to live within our means.

We must all strive to become totally useless to banks by refusing to borrow their printed paper with official looking numbers and lovely presidential portraits.

Ditto for credit cards. If we simply refuse to crate debt for ourselves, the banks who, through our elected officials have enslaved us for the next god knows how many hundred years will be eliminated as will the puppet politicians who sold us down the river in the first ğkking place. 13.gif

My kid has a substantial cell phone debt outstanding. Can't get credit because of it so has to live within her means and I laugh because while she may owe she is not a debt slave. Sort of a backwards way to do it, because if she could get a credit card or a personal loan she would in a heartbeat but she can't!!! rofl.gif rofl.gif rofl.gif

chuckle.gif This is a blessing in disguise but most never live long to come to that realization.

Amazing how the "education" system indoctrinates them falsely in the fervent belief that, in order to become successful, one must have credit. In fact, one should feel downright obligated to obtain a line of credit right out of high school and be good little sheep thereby creating wealth and money for others, namely banks through personal debt.
