It was 14 deg. C this morning...it has warmed up a bit since then. Still...I am the sort of person that feels the cold, while my mother and daughter have a constitution where they are always feeling hot.

It's getting chillier for sure. I read somewhere that our skin is so sensitive we can detect even slight changes in temperature. I'm actually wearing pants today after over a month in shorts or sundress. Oh well, tis the way of the seasons.

The cooler temps today also necessitated socks and closed boots...so it was good it's dress down Friday at work.

chuckle.gif Well you know it's going to get much worse so no harm in practicing. In November you'll wish it was 14 C.

I dress in multiple layers and put on a down-filled parka, so I usually overheat in the Winter...can't win.

It's really strange, I wear the same amount of clothes in 0 degrees as in -15.

You know, I always had cold hands and feet since a kid. You have no idea how many times I heard the comment "cold hands but a warm heart" shaking hands with whomever. It got old, but this is no longer an issue for me since completely cutting out sugar and grains from my diet. For the past few years my inner thermostat has been working better than ever and it was clearly a diet caused symptom for me.

I too have cold hands, not sure about my heart lately as some may say that it has been hardened by life's trials and tribulations, anyway, I always put down cold hands/feet (I got em) to blood circulation issues. But, on second thought, as I am reading about fat burning foods (or foods that cause the body to work harder to disgest) and these foods, such as lentils, apples, whole grains etc. are highly recommended, so it may be many factors contributing to this condition.

That sounds more like a spritzer...and you don't get high from those.
