This book has been called an accurate representation of an Ebola outbreak.

It's a one-day read, no spectacular city-killer scenarios, just the nuts and bolts of how a virus like Ebola is fought, and some insight into how it is spread.

Twenty years ago, the New York Times reported that Dr. William Taylor of the University of Georgia had discovered there is one selenium receptor on each AIDS virus and that so long as there is selenomethionine in the cell, the AIDS virus won't spread.

In a telephone conversation I had with him, he said the Ebola virus has 8 receptors.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to defend oneself against Ebola.

Eat your garlic, boys and girls!

Let's make 5G safe by installing zirconium ceramic bricks to the cell masts. It will save the providers billions of dollars quickly by reducing interference.

Can you ask yourself "Why do I love discovering how my protons can experience Loving Kindness?"

Always a good idea to keep a healthy immune system. It's your best line of defense.
