Quote:Jenna arrowed a 4x3 tuesday after school. Nancy drove in after work and theres Jenna an Brayden gutting a deer by the back door. needless to say she didnt stay outside to help or watch. J.

Only legal way to shoot a deer this late in the season is with a bow. Jenna is 13. Two years ago she killed a bear wounded by another hunter. Brayden is 11. Brayden shot a 4 point in Oct with a bow. Nancy is the wife who won't eat game meat, so she's allowed to not gut a deer after work.

But really, these kids I want on my team when the shtf rofl.gif

I find unaged/not marinated game meat not appetizing as well, or does Nancy protest the killing of game animals?

I don't know why Nancy won't and it's her right to choose. I do know game animals have much nicer lives than feeder cattle. But this was a fresh kill by a young girl with a bow who was taught responsibly to use it. She followed every legality. Mostly deer are made into sausage.

lol no, 4 tines one side 3 the other. We don't count both sides, in the US it would be called a 7 point buck but here if it had 3 tines either side, it would be a 3 point buck, or if it had 4 tines both sides it would be a 4 point buck. But because it's odd, it's a 4x3.

I am watching a 10 part documentary entitled Polar Seas, and watched Inuit hunters kill (with a rifle) a caribou and eat it's organs raw. I have always been curious what that might taste like.
