Quote: Attempting his stunts on motorcycles without modern suspension was a primary factor in Knievel's many disastrous landings. The terrific forces these machines passed on to his body is well illustrated in the super slow motion footage of his Caesars Palace landing in 1967.

I used to LOVE him! If he was on tv I was watching.

This was one of my all time favorite toys:

He passed the axe to his son Robbie.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Hahahaha... View-master's were da bomb. I always marveled at that 3d effect as a kid.

These were high tech...

SSPs were the best! Except for those demolition derby SSPs. They sucked. They could barely stay together unless you were crashing them into each other and then they wouldn't come apart!

SSPs were where I first showed my propensity to take my toys apart to fix them. Ahh, the memories.

You know, if you happen to still have the original metal Tonkas from back then they are worth quit a lot of money now.

Can't forget the very first video game!
