Quote:Scientists say Australia is getting so hot people could DIE just going outside - and warn the nation could be hit with more violent storms and disease

Without drop in greenhouse gas Darwin will have 132 days of 35C heat by 2030
Warnings this will result in more heat-related deaths and inability to do tasks
The Australia Institute have since warned the NT government against fracking

More at dailymail.co.uk

"The Australia Institute, the think tank who released the paper, referenced the fact that places such as Russia, India, Europe and Pakistan 'have all experienced heat waves resulting in mass death events where thousands of people died sitting in their homes'."
And never took in to account this winter has killed all kinds of people everywhere and the US and Europe has been in the deep freeze for most of the winter.
The UK media never stop pushing their agenda.

Hmm...New York has been under water since 2008, the polar ice caps gone
permanently for over 5 years now and just about a billion of us dead already,
or I have slipped into another, parallel universe, while the alarmists are stuck
in the old one.

It's never been uncommon to have wild ups and downs globally.
To think our climate should be stable somehow, when it really never has been is flawed thinking.
Certainly there is climate change, always has been, always will be, but the end game for the PTB is the carbon tax.
The one that allows those at the top top make money and does zero to address the real problems.
There's a lot of things belched into the sky far worse than the building block of all life on earth.

You've got that right, and it used to be worse but most of the offenders moved their operations to Asia and Africa where they don't care if the factory emissions give the people cancer.

+100 Why should we put any trust in future climate models when they've failed miserably in the past?

Quote:The song Once a jolly swagman (aka hobo) camped by a billabong (aka oxbow lake), Under the shade of a coolibah tree, And he sang as he watched and waited 'til his billy (aka ? billycan or pot) boiled "Who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me?" Along came a jumbuck (aka sheep) to drink at the billabong, Up jumped the swagman and grabbed him with glee, And he sang as he stowed that jumbuck in his tucker bag, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me". Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me" And he sang as he stowed that jumbuck in his tucker bag, "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me". Up rode the squatter, mounted on his thoroughbred, Down came the troopers, one, two, three, "Whose is that jumbuck you've got in your tucker bag?" "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me". Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me" "Whose is that jumbuck you've got in your tucker bag?", "You'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me". Up jumped the swagman and leapt into the billabong, "You'll never catch me alive," said he, And his ghost may be heard as you pass by that billabong, "Who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me?" Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda Who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me And his ghost may be heard as you pass by that billabong, "Who'll come a-Waltzing Matilda, with me?"

Maybe it's cooler in the bush.

So, plant a tree, not just in Australia - we have to go more green - everywhere.
