Octo and I talked to Jolly R face to face on Skype, we all had drinks, cut up and had a good time. He's intelligent and a damn nice guy.

Thank you. They can also vouch that the guy on the far left is me.

Jay and Octo are also very nice people.

They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor

Octo and I talked to Jolly R face to face on Skype, we all had drinks, cut up and had a good time. He's intelligent and a damn nice guy.

And that's great. You got to know him...but I bet it wasn't over a belligerent, antagonistic or veiled threat post either. You guys run the forum and there's probably no way you'd have Skyped with him had you met that way. About the Skype thing too...my niece met a REALLY nice guy and was Skyping with him for almost a year when he had the idea to come out here to finally meet in person. He showed up looking pretty rag tag and started whining how he had lost his job and had to use the last of his money on his airfare. He had applied for unemployment and was waiting for a couple weeks back pay from it when he returned home. My niece trusted him as he was a REALLY nice guy and she basically paid for his 3 weeks here and even took him around to apply for jobs because he had shown an interest in moving here. At this point she had no reason to distrust him and loaned him $300 dollars the day before he went back home. He was very reluctant to correspond as much like they had before and she became a little suspicious of his motives. She was right to be suspicious as she then found out a seldom used credit card was missing and had been used to place orders online for over $4,000 in a city that was 500 miles away from where he said he lived. Finally found out that he'd been scamming numerous women through Skype as well as a few dating sites AND through forums such as this one by claiming to be down on his luck and homeless and could use a few dollars for a cheap hotel room and food. He always had a great sob story and pictures for everyone to see him in his bad way. I guess I'm saying that you still REALLY don't know a person if you REALLY don't know them. Does what happened to my niece happen all the time...no...but probably more than the scammed are willing to admit. I'm glad your meeting with Jolly went well as my first encounter with him was my response to a nasty post he made and then veiled threats with subsequent posts. I'm always leery of anyone that can be smiling to one face and then turn vicious for no good reason at the flip of a switch. It many times denotes instability issues that are even hidden from in person friends...but are let loose on a faceless forum where it's much harder to be called out on as people don't REALLY know you anyway AND you don't have to face them in daily life. And just a reminder...I was the one to apologize for my part in that faceless meeting gone awry. At this point in my life I don't feel the need to hold grudges or to make people feel uncomfortable when I don't agree with them in person or on a faceless forum. You guys have always seemed fare in your dealings with the many different personalities that frequent here...although many are like minded and makes it more of a like/love fest than having to deal with the multitude of wackos on the "other" forums. Anyway...I've said my piece/s and won't bother anyone anymore on the subject...unless I'm provoked into it...but even then...it'll take quite a bit.

OK then, it's settled.
WR will mentor Exeter, and Jolly Rodger is moving into a van down by the river.

There's plenty of room for all God's creatures. Right next to the mashed potatoes!
