beercheer.gif trying a new dish today pizza bread.

Make a batch of your favorite bread dough with basil oregano and garlic powder (I use my bread machine to mix it) and let it rise. Thump it down and roll out flat like for cinammon rolls. Smear pasta sauce all over and sprunkle with finely chopped pepperoni and shredded cheese. Roll up and bake at 350 for ~45 minutes let cool completely and slice like bread. I suppose you could add other things like finely chopped onion or mushrooms if you like. Supposed to be better than best pizza and freezes well.

cheers.gif Mmmm, sounds great Shadow, maybe even better with beer! We make our own pizzas too, even the sauce is from scratch!
We make Greek specialty pizzas too, they are da bomb! Spinach, feta, mozzarella, Kalamata olives, ground lamb or kebab! Wow is it good.

yay.gifbeercheer.gif we still have a lot of snow beerbong.gif

Quote:Melting snow and heavy rains have increased the risk of flooding in parts of Finland. The risk is particularly high in Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia and south-west Finland.
The greatest risk factor is the thickness of ice. The thickness of ice is similar to that of the decade-record year of 2003, but the snow cover is now much thicker, giving the possibility of record floods.
The flood risk increases significantly if the ice does not have time to melt properly before snow-melt water joins the river system. Ice is blocking storm drains in many places in Satakunta and South Ostrobothnia, dramatically increasing the risk of flooding.
Ice cover on lakes and rivers is thinning and is already dangerous to walk on in many places, however.
