Pure propaganda. They have purposefully shut down things that the average citizen will take notice of.

They did not have to do any of this.

They shut down Panda Cam? wtf2.gif How much did that cost anyway? lmao.gif

I can run a webcam 24/7 for the same price as my internet connection.

The propaganda has come to the point where the military keeps Camp David open, but cuts NFL, baseball coverage to troops overseas?

I can pay €169.99 a year and get any game I want and replay the ones I missed. That's how they are showing games to our overseas troops...

I see some really lame attempts at psyops going on here. This is going to hurt them, people see this for the farce it is.

Shutting down the veterans memorial rofl.gif What a slap in the face to those who served.

Most see what you're about Mr. Alabama. Your approval rating is 41% lol.

Lame duck much?

Bottom line is these are minor inconveniences that people will gladly learn to live with in order to starve the beast.

This exorbitant spending must come under control. The GOP has floated ideas to keep the national parks open, but no!

Mr. Alabama, Harry Weed & corporate protein shake slurping gang say the Unaffordable Care Act is more important that continuance of government.

Alabama didn't poll on how this refusal to negotiate would go over, but the numbers are certainly showing in terms of approval ratings.

Feds Try to Close the OCEAN Because of Shutdown

Just before the weekend, the National Park Service informed charter boat captains in Florida that the Florida Bay was "closed" due to the shutdown. Until government funding is restored, the fishing boats are prohibited from taking anglers into 1,100 square-miles of open ocean. Fishing is also prohibited at Biscayne National Park during the shutdown.

Apparently, according to an anonymous Park Service ranger, “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can. It’s disgusting.”
