I looked at the article.
Massive, Uncontained Leak At Fukushima is pouring over 710 billion becquerels of radioactive materials into atmosphere
This is a damned lie. There is a water leak. The ocean around the plant is hot and is going to stay hot. The article deliberately uses a picture from a day or two after the disaster - it is found in articles with a MARCH 2011 date.
This is lying. It is like publishing a picture of Trayvon Martin at 12 years old as his current picture. It is a deliberate lie to mislead the public.
There are 653 GBq in a 1 square mile by 1 foot piece of average dirt. Average ocean radioactivity of 3 Bq/m3 is 3 GBq per cubic kilometer of seawater, and there are 1.37 billion cubic kilometers of ocean.
About 120 tons of water has leaked, 710 billion becquerels of radioactive materials, ENEWS says that 47 quadrillion bequerels of cesium 137 have been released since the disaster. A quadrillion is 10 to the 15th power - a million times more than the released seawater - with the vast majority of the radiation coming from cesium which doesn't go into the atmosphere.
710 x 10**9 Bequerels (710 gigabequerels) released in seawater
47 x 10**15 Bequerels (47 petabequerels) released since disaster (ENENEWS March 2013).
4.11 x 10 ** 18 Bequerels (4.11 exabequerels) natural ocean radioactivity.
This 120 tons of seawater is a drop in the bucket. This is just another story to keep Fukushima in the news.

News like this isn't released to the Japanese media. Overseas media outlets get it ,long before the Japanese public does.
My friends get the news about this stuff ,from me ,as Japan has a media black out within the country .
The radioactivity is from Cesium. Cesium isn't a gas at room temperature. If it were vaporized into the atmosphere at high temperature, it would be ten times as heavy as air after it cooled, and sink down into the ocean.
There were 120 tons of water leaked. Somewhere between 0% and less than 0% of the cesium in the water went into the atmosphere.
There is a big disinfo effort to panic the Japanese into shuttering their nuclear power plants - which for Japan is a crazy idea.
There were 15,883 deaths from the earthquake. 380 died from the Fukushima evacuation. The evacuation deaths are over three times the predicted mortality from the radiation.
No one has died from radiation or the explosions at the plant.
Does this mean everything is happiness and roses (and cherry blossoms) in Japan - no. Sadly, stress is killing people. The estimate is over 1600 people have basically died from stress. Unfortunately articles about the almost nonexistent radiation danger are killing far more people than the radiation ever would.
