Just sayin'.

If you own stock in that company, keep that in mind.

The reality is that Facebook is just a bunch of kids who don't really know how to run a business. They might know how to write some code, but that's as far as it goes. Even their coding is effed up in the area where advertisers need to do their thing. Keep in mind it is the advertisers who make Facebook possible.

If you have any service issues, the only recourse is their forum. They MIGHT answer your question after two weeks go by. Or maybe not.

Meanwhile, their interface with those of us who actually pay their bills sucks so bad it isn't funny.

Undeniably, it's been a money making cow for Zberg... but not so much anybody else.

It's flying high stockwise on mere speculation. Their price to earning ration is almost 95 to 1. meaning a 1% return on the investment. In contrast, Google is 32 to 1.

It's not a good idea for Facebook to treat their paying customers badly. My guess is they've got a bunch of kids running around there who think they know everything because they are rich.

Meanwhile, their income producing sector is a mess.

Longterm, treating their customers badly is going to cost them.

I just had to go on there to be sure, but I don't even see any advertising.

I'm in my seventh decade on Earth. I know things.

Facebook has advertising in two places. Over on the right are tiny ads no one notices. Then there are ads that appear in what is called the Newsfeed. Newsfeed is the main page of Facebook as opposed to your own Facebook page.

It's apparently pointless to advertise on the right side because no one clicks on them. They are super cheap but super expensive if no one clicks.

Right now I have some targeted ads that show up in the Newsfeed, but only on the pages of those who have used specific keywords on their own page or maybe in a group or fanpage.

Facebook says my keywords have a market of 2.8 million people who speak English. But after three excruciating days, only 10,000 have seen them.

The only reason for me to use FB is to use an app that lets the prospects give me their email address in return for a free report.

It'll take a lot more than 10,000 people seeing my ads to make it work, however.

That tells me the 2.8 million promised is not reality based.
