Yeah that would be awesome! hyper.gif

The most recent work with ink pen I did was the storyboard for my show. When drawing hundreds of pictures it's important to keep it simple or you'd just burn out. The professional actors I engaged to do the voices though said it was the best script they ever had because it had the dialogue right next to the pics so they could see right away what was going on.

I can scan some of that and post it actually.

But hey I went to the museum of moving images in London and saw some of the original storyboard from The Wizard of Oz... damned.gif Omg. Some serious artwork right there.

Unique Stranger---- I dont think you should worry about criticism since you are just starting out on your journey.
Listen to all criticism , but dont take it to heart , I think that bloke meant well but was a bit harsh in the way he put it
plus you took it the wrong way and told him off ! hahaha
Anyway, carry on , do a drawing, over and over again, till your own eyes will tell you whats right and what needs to be done
Crikey I was drawing and painting BEFORE I started School . when I got to school all I was interested in was Sports, Art , Woodwork and Metalwork
Altho I never listened to my Art teacher , while the rest of the class'd be doing a Vase or a bowl of fruit , (UGH ) Id be painting a scene of the room or like one time a portrait of the old teacher
Anyway I've been going now for 70 years and I'm STILL learning, and my teacher is a hard taskmaster cos That'd be ME !!

Yeah, I can dig it.

lol..

the one thing that impressed me most was going to dad's one day and seeing there an artwork I had done when little
which he had purposely saved

as an adult few years back I suprised him with another for his birthday

my favorite tool out of them all to work with is-pen
is more challenging
you cannot erase & must strive for perfection as you work

.

Just like I saved my daughter's drawing of aliens when she was 5 or 6 years old.
